jim smith: i'm voting for question seven. ken ulman: i'm voting for question seven. stephanie rawlings-blake: and i'm voting for question seven. >> the heavy rain is moving into the baltimore area around the beltway and up and down 83. you see here the bright orange and red on h.d. doppler around towson, cockeysville, down to glen burnie and annapolis. these are the outer bands of the storm. it is a couple hundreds miles the coast but it is huge. western suburbs it is pretty light and will stay that way for while. we can get a better view here. the circulation and all of that. here are the outer bands on the close-up. it is 250 miles east-southeast of ocean city. in the mountains we are starting to see snow. there are blizzard warnings in effect for the mountains of west virginia, western pennsylvania and western maryland. they will have snow on the back of this with hurricane force conditions near the beach and over the water. incredible situation. the winds are not bad around baltimore. it will stay that way this morning. i don't expect big gusts expect the beaches
